This week, we welcomed an important group of clients from Malaysia for a visit to our factory.
Their main reason for coming was to see our electric fire monitors in person. During the visit, we also sat down together to talk about future cooperation. Apart from electric monitors, we are also looking at working together on foam firefighting systems, gas firefighting systems, and smart fire monitors.
Accompanied by our sales and technical staff, the clients walked through our production workshop. Our engineers stayed with them throughout the visit, answering their technical questions on the spot. We also took them to our testing room, where we demonstrated the performance and quality of our fire monitors and even let them try operating the equipment themselves.
It's worth mentioning that these clients are veterans in the firefighting industry with decades of experience. After seeing our products and the live demonstrations, they gave us very positive feedback on our product quality. Hearing such praise from industry experts meant a lot to our entire factory and technical team.
The visit went very smoothly. The clients were satisfied with our overall capabilities and product quality. We have now assigned dedicated staff on both sides to work out the specific details for our upcoming projects.
